These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlphaGen Codes website located at shop.alphagen.codes and alphagen.codes (the “Site”) and any software products purchased through it (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from AlphaGen Codes. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Products and Licenses
All Products sold by AlphaGen Codes are digital software products delivered electronically. Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on a single device (or HWID, for Unique builds) solely for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or share the software with any third party.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Products in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. AlphaGen Codes software is external input-assistance software. You accept full responsibility for any consequences of using our software within third-party platforms or games, including any terms of service of those platforms. AlphaGen Codes makes no warranty that use of our software will not result in account action by third-party game publishers.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. AlphaGen Codes does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
5. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. AlphaGen Codes is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or spam filters.
6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please read our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AlphaGen Codes and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AlphaGen Codes does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. Use of the software is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaGen Codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or game accounts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaGen Codes operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
