Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, our refund policy is limited — but we handle genuine issues fairly.
All Sales Are Final on Digital Products
All products sold by AlphaGen Codes are digital software delivered electronically. Once a product has been downloaded or delivered to your email, the sale is considered final and we are generally unable to offer refunds. This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with our payment processor (Stripe) policies.
Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Non-delivery: Your product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment and our team cannot resend it successfully.
- Product does not work as described: If the software fails to function as described on the product page and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you opening a ticket.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
We Do Not Refund For
- Change of mind after download or delivery
- Game account bans (we maintain a zero-ban record, but accept no liability for bans resulting from use of our software — see our Terms of Service)
- Incompatibility with unsupported hardware or operating systems not listed in the product description
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions above:
- Email support@alphagen.codes with your order number and a description of the issue, or
- Open a ticket in our Discord server
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide Stripe with evidence of delivery and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we resolve legitimate issues quickly.
